He gave us a scope of time that he would be at the property and to meet us at the end to go over his findings. He was on time, friendly, thorough and answered all of our questions. There was a detached garage that we were not able to get into for him to inspect. About an hour after the inspection ended, we were able to get access and he came back to do that as well. He even follows up at a later date to see if we needed anything or have any other questions. That is service and he goes above and beyond.
